Grandads tend to be a bit wiser and have a little more time on our hands, without the responsibility of little ones running about. So, while our adult kids are wrestling out those fun times, us grandads have the ability to take short dad jokes and extrapolate them into nice little stories, stringing several jokes together in a theme, so you get lots of laughs throughout Grandad Jokes.
This book has 12 Grandad Jokes, one for every month of the year, coinciding with the main holiday for that month. It also includes the list of dad jokes that make up the grandad joke.
The Final Chapter includes lined pages so you can practice writing some of your own Grandad Jokes!
Here is a sample from the book. It's about half of the December Grandad Joke. The " indicates the "punchline(s)".
Did you know I grew up in the North Pole and my best friend was Santa's “other” reindeer “Olaf, Olaf the other reindeer", and his sister “Olive”, "Olive, the other Reindeer". You probably heard of her. They had a blind cousin, his name? No-eye-deer”.
Olaf and I were always on the naughty list.
Santa tried to help us and sent us to counseling with his Chief Toymaker; he thought it might improve our "elf-esteem".
He got so fed up with us, he punished us by making us clean the entire toy factory, we had to “Santa-tize” everything!
Olaf and I tried to do something new and moved to Pennsylvania, but Olaf didn't straighten up, so I went to Penn State, and he went to the “state pen”. I've never been back to the North Pole so I guess I will always be, “a rebel without a Clause”.

Basic Bible Guide
25% of proceeds from Grandad Jokes goes directly to the 501(c)(3) Non-profit Public Charity, Basic Bible Guide (BBG) that Daniel Paul Kennedy aka Papaw and author of Grandad Jokes also wrote and founded! He currently volunteers his time as BBG's Executive Director.
The photo is from an outreach event at a public high school where BBG resources are given freely to ANYONE. The students are holding a Bible and the Student Edition of BBG. Their are also Military, Spanish and Chinese editions.
